The Perlini Cocktail Carbonating System is the only carbonation product on the market specifically designed for carbonating cocktails. There are a number of carbonation products on the market, but all are hampered by having a very limited range of uses. SodaStream, for example, does a great job of carbonating water, but it is entirely unsuitable for making carbonated cocktails, especially in a busy production environment. Perlini is the only product on the market designed specifically for professional bartenders in high-production cocktail bars.
The Perlini technology allows you to carbonate any beverage effortlessly. The mid-body break in the shaker allows you to easily put ice in the shaker, which is absolutely key for getting vigorous carbonation. With Perlini, you can achieve the same levels of carbonation that you would expect to find in a bottle of Champagne. And the large mid-body break in the shaker makes cleanup a snap.

With Perlini you aren't even limited to carbonating liquids. You can use your Perlini to quickly carbonate whole grapes or strawberries to make bubbling garnishes in your drinks. You can carbonate ice cubes made of frozen grape juice. One customer even told us he used Perlini to force marinade into a flank steak under pressure! With Perlini, you are limited only by your imagination.
The Perlini System and the Perlage System were purposefully designed to use the same pressurizer for both products, for both the home and commercial versions. That way, if you have one system, you can acquire the other without re-purchasing the pressurizing hardware. Our design is completely modular.
