Do I need to occassionally repressurize my bottles in the Perlage System? That is, do they leak over time at all?

No, you don't. The valves are very effective. We have had bottles on Perlage for over a year with no loss of CO2 pressure in the headspace of the bottle and no decrease in carbonation levels in the Champagne.

@Evan Wallace We have a customer in Seattle, the venerable Virginia Inn in the Pike Market, that had a bottle of Champagne on Perlage when Washington State shut down all restaurants at the start of Covid. When the restaurant opened seven months later, I went in and ordered a glass of bubbles. The owner found the Perlage, and opened it. It made the familiar hissing sound when opened, with a cloud of familiar fog around the mouth of the bottle--and the Champagne was perfect!
