  Approximately how many 187ml bottles can the FIZZIQ bottling machine bottle per hour?

  It depends on your workflow, but it is easy to hit 60 bottles an hour with without any help. With an extra set of hands, 100 bottles per hour is possible.

  The most efficient way to work is to take the bottle out of the machine when the door opens, and set it aside. Put the next bottle in to fill and close the door. THEN cap the bottle that was just filled. This way, you're doing the capping step while the next bottle is filling, so you are working in parallel, not sequentially.

  The gating factor in bottling speed is generally the volatility of your recipe; i.e., how vigorously it foams during depressurization. Foamy recipes take more care in filling, and thus take longer.
