Selling a Pre-Owned FIZZIQ System

If you have a machine you'd like to sell, will can sell it for you on consignment. Contact us via email at info@perlagesystems.com to initiate the process.

Step 1: Send us the following information via email:

  • Photos of the front, back, left side, right side, and top of the machine. Try to make the machine take up 3/4 of the field of view.
  • Brief video of the door opening and the platform rising and falling.
  • Photos of the chrome FIZZIQ regulator and the carbonation vessel.
  • Provide the serial number on the rear bulkhead of the machine, and the original purchase date.
  • Provide the "odometer" reading of the machine which shows the total number of lifetime fills. This reading is shown on the control panel at machine start-up. 

Step 2: We will evaluate your information and determine if your machine is a good candidate for FIZZIQ Marketplace consignment. If we determine that your system is a good candidate for resale, we will send you packaging materials along with prepaid shipping labels to our location in Seattle, WA.

Step 3: You ship the machine and accessories back to us. Detailed instructions on how to pack the machine and accessories can be found on our FIZZIQ System Repackaging instructions page. We will refurbish the machine completely, cleaning it thoroughly and replacing worn components, and updating it to the latest firmware and hardware. We will report to you what issues we corrected and what our time and materials costs were for the retrieval and refurbishment of the system. Based on the condition of the refurbished machine, and in consultation with you, we will establish a resale price and list it on the FIZZIQ Marketplace.

When the FIZZIQ sells, we will remit the purchase price to you, less a 30% consignment fee to cover our expenses for inbound shipping, refurbishment, and marketing.

The minimum consignment time is three months. If you decide you would like your machine back after this period, we will return your refurbished system to you for just our costs incurred to retrieve and refurbish the machine. You would pay for the outbound shipping back to your location.

Browse the available systems at the bottom of the FIZZIQ Marketplace page. If you see a machine you like, put it in your shopping cart and purchase it. These machines are in stock in our Seattle location, and ship immediately. All systems are Certified Pre-Owned and carry a factory warranty like a new machine.

We have a lifetime warranty our all of our products, including Certified Pre-Owned FIZZIQ Systems. For the first year, we will fix your FIZZIQ System free of charge, and pay the cost of shipping it to and from our Seattle repair facility. After year one, we will continue to fix your machine free of charge, but the customer pays inbound and outbound shipping to our Seattle facility.
