Welcome to the FIZZIQ Bottling System

Thank you for purchasing the FIZZIQ Cocktail Carbonating and Bottling System. We’ll support you through unboxing, setup, and training every step of the way.

To get you up and running as quickly and effortlessly as possible, we recommend that we guide you through unpacking and setup and provide training in the use of the machine. This can be scheduled as soon after arrival as you like via video conference.

Below are links to the FIZZIQ Instruction Manual and Quick Start Card, which you may wish to share with your team prior to setup and training.

Video Conference Preparation

  • The setup and training video conference typically takes less than one hour.
  • We prefer Zoom, but can accommodate other platforms if needed.
  • No more than two people should attend. The primary operators or trainers should be present.

For the video conference, you will need:

  • A laptop with webcam and microphone (or a phone), with Zoom or WhatsApp installed. If using a laptop, it must be positioned close enough for the camera to clearly show the machine during setup and troubleshooting.
  • A CO₂ source (typically a standalone CO₂ tank between 5 lb and 50 lb). This is not supplied by Applied Fizzics.
  • A 9/16″ wrench (or small adjustable wrench) to attach hoses at the rear of the machine.
  • A large adjustable wrench capable of fitting a 1-1/8″ hex nut for attaching the regulator to the CO₂ tank.

Additional items required:

  • A well-lit work surface for setup.
  • An extension cord, if the nearest outlet is not within reach.
  • A few pounds of ice.
  • Access to a sink or dump bucket.
⚠️
You must procure a CO₂ tank before setup. This is not included with the system.
⚠️
The regulator supplied with your system is specifically calibrated for this machine. Do not attempt to use a different regulator.

Setting Up Your Regulator Outside the U.S.

The regulator supplied with the FIZZIQ system is designed for North American CO₂ cylinders, specifically the CGA-320 standard. Because no single global standard exists, this regulator will likely not be directly compatible with CO₂ cylinders outside the United States.

To learn more about international CO₂ cylinder compatibility, please see:

For this reason, regulators shipped internationally have the inlet stem removed (but included). You must source and install a stem and nut that match your local CO₂ cylinder before attempting to use the system.

Complete instructions for international regulator setup can be found here:

CAUTION: The regulator stem shipped with your system has been removed (but included). Do not attempt to attach the regulator to a CO₂ source until the correct stem has been installed and fully tightened.
