Welcome to the Perlini Express Technology Preview

Perlini Express is a simplified version of the Perlini Cocktail Carbonating System. This Technology Preview is a pre-production release of our new Perlini Express carbonator, currently being offered to select commercial users in the U.S.

In this Technology Preview, some non-functional aspects of the product are still being finalized. Certain components (for example, the cap body) are produced using interim manufacturing methods rather than final injection molding, and elements such as labeling, packaging, and documentation may continue to evolve prior to full product launch.

This Technology Preview is being made available to a small group of experienced users so we can incorporate real-world feedback into the final product. As improved versions of components become available, participants will receive updated parts at no additional cost.

Perlini Express is being offered at a reduced preview price during the Technology Preview Program. Final production pricing is expected to be higher.

As we move toward formal launch, your observations and suggestions directly inform design refinements, usability improvements, and production decisions. If you use Perlini Express in ways you wish it worked better, differently, or more elegantly, we want to hear from you.

What is Perlini Express?

Perlini Express operates identically to Perlini Classic, but uses a single-piece shaker that does not separate at the midpoint. All ingredients and ice are added directly through the mouth of the bottle, simplifying setup and use.

Other than this structural difference, Perlini Express is operationally identical to Perlini Classic. Operating pressures—and the pressurizer itself—are the same. If you already use Perlini Classic, the principles and practices are the same.
