Perlage Restaurant Version, Basic Edition

This is the same technology used in fine restaurants and bars around the world, but at a more affordable price. If you are a bar or restaurant owner on a budget, but want commercial performance and ruggedness, this is the system for you. Or, if you are a serious wine enthusiast who just wants to use what the professionals use, this is your system.

This version of the Perlage Commercial System includes:

• User-configurable number of bottle enclosures (1 - 6);
• One Commercial Pressurizer, Basic Model;
• Spare valves

The Perlage Restaurant Version provides a cost-effective way to get the exact same technology that the world's finest and busiest bars are using. This is identical to our other commercial systems, but with a simplifed regulator to make it more affordable.

The Commercial Pressurizer is typically attached to a stand-alone CO2 tank supplied by the customer. Common CO2 tank sizes are 5lb or 10lb, which are small enough to fit easily behind the bar or under your kitchen sink, and will last many months under typical use.
